Why does my phone get warm when charging?

In hot summer weather, your phone may get warmer during use or while charging with a power bank. If it overheats, stop charging and let it cool before use. Cases thicker than 0.1" (2.5 mm) or using your phone while charging may also increase heat.

Why is my phone charging slower than expected?

Wireless charging speed can be affected by your phone case, device temperature, and usage during charging. For best results, remove the case and avoid heavy use while charging.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

Due to a 35% to 45% capacity loss from battery cell and circuit inefficiencies during charging, a fully charged Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K, Slim) effectively provides about 5,500mAh to 6,500mAh ofusable power to your devices.

Why can't I charge my AirPods?

If the AirPods case doesn't fully cover the charging area needed for wireless charging, the feature won't activate. Ensure the case is centered on the charging pad and press the button to start charging.

Slim and Portable: At just 0.58 × 2.78 × 4.09 inches, this 10,000mAh Anker power bank delivers exceptional portability without compromising power capacity. It can provide up to 1.8 charges for an iPhone 15 Pro.
Versatile Charging Options: Equipped with a 15W max Qi wireless charging pad and a 30W max USB-C port, you can effortlessly charge your devices at home or on the go.
Premium Design and Durability: Featuring a sleek matte finish, a sturdy metal frame, and aerogel thermal insulation for cool operation, this power bank combines everyday comfort with long-lasting durability.
Device Compatibility: Specially designed for the iPhone 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 series, offering 15W max magnetic fast charging. This product is designed for iPhone. We do not recommend using it with Android phones, as differences in fit or alignment may affect placement or result in slower charging speeds. This power bank is flight-approved and complies with air travel regulations in the United Sates and most countries. Howeveer, it does not have China's 3C certification and cannot be carried on domestic flights within China.
What You Get: Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K, Slim), 23.62" / 60 cm USB-C to USB-C cable, welcome guide, 24-month worry-free warranty, and lifetime support.
