Is the laptop compartment padded and what laptop size can it hold?

Which airlines' personal item size requirements this suitcase complies with?
The dimensions of this suitcase are 17.4x12.7x7.5 inches. It complies with the personal item requirements of Spirit, Delta, Southwest, Frontier, Hawaiian, and American Airlines.
How many wheels does it equip?
2 silent glide wheels are provided for smooth maneuverability.
Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?
It is a deliberate design to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your personal belongings.
How to reach seller if I received a wrong/defective package?
Please find your order, select "Problem with order" and "Contact seller". We will respond in 12 hours with a satifactory solution.
UNDERSEAT PERSONAL ITEM: 17.4 in H x 13 in W x 7.7 in D, measured with the wheels and the handle retracted - within the common 18 x 14 x 8 in personal-item limit, so it stows under the seat or in the overhead bin. Airline rules vary by carrier, aircraft, and seat, so please check your airline before you fly. Do not overfill the front pocket.
WHAT FITS: 30 L of packing space - about 2-3 days of clothes, toiletries, and a pair of shoes. The bag is front-opening: the padded laptop sleeve and organizer sit in the front section, so when you pack a laptop, allow for a slightly smaller clothing load.
FRONT-OPENING LAPTOP SLEEVE: The bag opens from the front, so the padded laptop sleeve and the zip organizer sit in the front section - you can reach your laptop, passport, and cables without unpacking your clothes. The sleeve fits a 17-inch laptop. Carrying a laptop reduces the depth left for clothes.
SOFT-SIDED, WATER-REPELLENT BUILD: A water-repellent soft-sided shell that flexes as you pack, with a reinforced bottom panel for stability on the move. Wipes clean, and backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
2 FIXED-DIRECTION WHEELS: Rolls on 2 fixed-direction wheels and moves only when tilted - it is not a 360-degree spinner and cannot be pushed sideways.
