Why is the charging speed slower than expected?

This power bank supports up to 45W fast charging. The actual charging power may vary depending on factors such as device performance, compatibility, charging protocol, and ambient temperature.

Is this power bank airline approved?

Yes, the Baseus 45W portable charger is airline approved! With its 20,000mAh capacity, it meets TSA regulations for carry-on.

Why does my power bank provide fewer charging cycles than expected?

This power bank delivers 60%-70% of its capacity to devices. About 30%-40% is lost to heat and voltage conversion, so a full 20,000mAh unit outputs 12,000-14,000mAh in actual use.

The product description says 20,000mAh, but the power bank and box label show 10,000mAh. Is this a mistake?

This power bank has two 3.65V/10,000mAh cells in series (7.3V total). Per international safety standards, the item is labeled with "10,000mAh 7.3V" (single-cell capacity + voltage) to ensure full compliance, yet delivers the equivalent of 20,000mAh.

Does this power bank have CCC certification?

Yes.This power bank features the official CCC mark on both the device and the packaging. If you're traveling to China, you can confidently take it on airplanes, high-speed trains, and other transportation, meeting local compliance requirements.

One Bank. Every Device.
